Before requesting a quote, please be prepared to provide these specifications:
Quantity: Total quantity for final pieces
Ink Color: Is the piece printing CMYK or PMS? If there are spot/PMS colors, how many?
Flat Size: The dimension of the printed piece before bindery
Finished Size: What the size of the document is once all finishing, folding, etc. is completed.
Page Count: How many pages will be printed (remember: each side of a sheet is considered a "page" so if you are printing 1 sheet double sided, it is 2 "pages")
Cover Type: Is the piece a "self" cover or "separate" cover
Bleeds: Does your artwork "bleed" off the page (go right to the edge)
Native File: Are you sending a PDF, InDesign, Illustrator, Quark or other file type?
Paper: Are you printing on text or cover, coated or uncoated, are you interested in Post-Consumer Waste or recycled paper?
Finishing: Does the project need binding, scoring, folding, special packaging, die-cuts, mailing, etc...?
Proof: Do you require a PDF proof or a hard copy proof?
Arrival Date: When do you need the project delivered?
