Package your file Make sure to include fonts, linked images, and native files. It is also helpful to include project information including: quantity, printing specifications, contact and delivery information. It’s also helpful if you name your project with “ClientName_ProjectName”

Color CorrectMake sure you have the right colors in your file. For example: Make sure spot colors aren’t used in a CMYK file and images have been converted to CMYK.
Crops and BleedsPull bleeds to at least .125” past final trim size on all sides - this includes images and solid colors that “bleed” off the page. For example, if you are printing a postcard with a final trim size of 4" x 6", then the size with bleeds (bleed size) will be 4.25" x 6.25". Indicate crop marks and folds in your file.
