Send us your files quickly and easily! Click the Browse button(s) below to choose up to three files to send to our print shop. After you have located the files, click the Submit button to transfer your files and other information you have provided.

To ensure your files travel safely across the Internet, please compress your files before transfer with a file compression utility such as WinZip (Windows), PKZip (Windows), DropStuff (Macintosh), or ZipIt (Macintosh).

File Upload Checklist:

Package your file
Make sure to include fonts, linked images, and native files. It is also helpful to include project information including: quantity, printing specifications, contact and delivery information. It’s also helpful if you name your project with “ClientName_ProjectName”

Preferred File Types:
Adobe PDF (.pdf)
Adobe InDesign (*.indd)
Adobe Illustrator (*.ai)
Quark Express (*.qxt)
Adobe Photoshop (*.psd)
Microsoft Word (*.doc or docx)
Microsoft Publisher (*pub)

Image Resolution
Images should be 300 DPI or higher at 100%

Color Correct
Make sure you have the right colors in your file. For example: Make sure spot colors aren’t used in a CMYK file and images have been converted to CMYK.

Crops and Bleeds
Pull bleeds to at least .125” past final trim size on all sides - this includes images and solid colors that “bleed” off the page. For example, if you are printing a postcard with a final trim size of 4" x 6", then the size with bleeds (bleed size) will be 4.25" x 6.25". Indicate crop marks and folds in your file.
